How do I view one of your properties?
To view one of our properties, please first drive by the property and make sure you would want to rent there. Then, you must fill out an Application.
How do I fill out an application?
To fill out an Application, please visit the Property Rentals Tab of this website and click "View Properties & Apply Now." Or click this link https://milestonepm.appfolio.com/listings/. Then, fill out the Application as directed.
Can I fill out a Paper Application?
No, we only accept our online applications.
How can I pay my rent?
You can pay your rent by dropping a Check or Money Order off in our 24/Hour secure drop box at our office. You can also pay by ACH or Credit Card through your Online Portal that you were instructed to set up at the time of your move-in.
Can I pay in Cash?
No, we do not accept Cash for rent payments.
If I am going to be late with rent, do I have to pay late fees?
Yes.
